Homegrown Lemongrass, ginger and lemon ~ Lemongrass helps in cleansing and flushing harmful toxic wastes out of the body, as a result of its diuretic properties. Detoxification helps in better regulation of various organs of the body, including the liver and kidney, while also helping to lower the levels of uric acid. Ginger has been used in China for over 2,000 years to help digestion and treat diarrhea, nausea and stomach upsets.

~ The health benefits of ginseng tea include a reduced risk of developing cancer, relief from menstrual problems, reduction in obesity, improvement of digestive system, and a boosted immune system, as well as moderating symptoms of mental distress, asthma and arthritis. In herbal medicine, ginger is regarded as an excellent carminative substance which promotes the elimination of intestinal gas.

Osmanthus Flower Oolong Tea RM17.50

~ According to legend gui hua (Osmanthus flower) was used during the Qing Dynasty for alternative healing, to stimulate phlegm, reduce internal heat and nourish the body to prolong the Emperor’s life. Today, this flora tea is widely used for refreshment and relaxation. It has anti-inflammatory, mildly stimulating and soothing effect. Oolong tea has a full bodied, but mild taste as the result of a unique partial fermentation process ending with both off-green and black leaves.
